Notice of Annual Re-registration

 

This serves to advise that In accordance with Regulation 32 of the Professions Supplementary to Medicine Act, annual re-registration of persons employed in the professions listed in the schedule below, will take place from April 1 – June 30, 2010. 

 

Please note that implementation of new fees scheduled for April 1, 2010 is awaiting gazetting.

 

Re-registration Form D  is attached for your convenience.

-          MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY

-          RADIOGRAPHY

-          PHYSIOTHERAPY

-          OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

-          DIETETICS/NUTRITION

-          SPEECH THERAPY

-          AUDIOLOGY

-          PUBLIC HEALTH INSPECTION
