The public is being advised of the following change in the Permit Unit of the Pharmaceutical and Regulatory Affairs Department of the Ministry of Health.

Effective December 1, 2011, the Permit Unit will be opened to the public for consultation with technical officers from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Mondays to Thursdays and 9:00 am. to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. This will allow time for the officers to process the permit applications and at the same time maintain established lead times.

The change is being implemented in order to enhance the quality of service in respect of permit applications from its clients.

Clients may continue to submit online applications on a 24 hour basis.
