The Ministry of Health of the Government of Jamaica invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Dietary services at the St. Joseph’s Hospital for three years.
Bidding will be conducted through the local competitive bidding procedure specified in the Government of Jamaica’s Handbook of Public Sector Procurement Procedures as defined in the Handbook.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address below from 9:00am-3:00pm on Wednesday, November 29, 2017. A complete set of bidding documents is available at a non-refundable cost of J$2,500.00 payable to the cashier located on the St. Joseph’s Hospital, 22 Deanery Road, Kingston 3.
A contract will be awarded to the firm offering the lowest evaluated price. St. Joseph’s Hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids (s) or to re-tender without thereby incurring any liability to the Bidders.
Bids must be delivered to and deposited in the tender box at the address below by 11:00 am local time, Wednesday January 10, 2018 All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of $200,000.00 and local firms must include copies of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate, National Contracts Commission certification in the relevant category.
