Confirm your project aligns with at least one CARE priority area and the public health objectives of the programme.
Provide your narrative, budget, work plan, risk assessment, and all required supporting documents.
Submit your proposal and retain your reference number for all communications and updates.
Applicants should prepare these documents before starting the form. Incomplete submissions may not proceed to adjudication.

Applications move through pre-screening before technical evaluation. Proposals that fail pre-screening do not advance.

Unsuccessful applicants will be formally notified in writing after the approved funded project listing is shared.
Following notification of results, unsuccessful applicants may submit queries by email to [email protected] within 14 days of notification.
Eligible entities may request formal review by writing to the Permanent Secretary within the standstill period and outlining concerns regarding transparency, fairness, or equitable resource allocation.
