St. Ann’s Bay Regional Hospital Investigates Client’s Complaint posted on FACEBOOK Social Media Platform

The North-East Regional Health Authority is aware of a complaint posted on social media by a patient who was admitted to the Female Medical Ward at the St. Ann’s Bay Regional Hospital. In the post, the client complained of neglect and unprofessional conduct of the staff on duty.  We are deeply concerned about the circumstances shared in the Facebook post and extend an invitation to the complainant to come in and talk to the Hospital’s management team.

The St. Ann’s Bay Regional Hospital has launched an investigation into the matter and assures the public that the experience shared by the complainant is not in keeping with our customer service standards and that appropriate actions will be taken upon completion of the investigations.
